Bend Transit Center PV Array

Project Description

Advanced Energy Systems completed a 6.3 kW solar electric system for the Bend Transit Center in 2009. The array consists of 36 SolarWorld 175 watt modules, and a Fronius IG plus 6000 inverter. This solar electric system will produce approximately 8,943 kWh in the first year of operation, and more than 304,000 kWh over the course of its lifetime, offsetting 4,000 tons of CO2 emissions.
