Apply for a Community Renewable Energy Grant Today!
From now until May 10, 2024, Oregon Department of Energy is accepting applications for renewable
energy grants. ODOE is committed to the planning and construction of renewable energy or energy resilience projects that power Oregon, making $18 million available. Municipalities can have renewable energy systems paid for by the state, via solar and battery grants!
Who Can Apply?
In addition to Oregon Tribes and consumer-owned utilities, The Community Renewable Energy Grant
Program is open to public bodies which includes counties, municipalities, and special government bodies
such as ports and irrigation districts.

demonstrate community energy resilience, and include energy efficiency and demand response.

other eligible projects.
