Non-profits and governmental agencies throughout California, Oregon, and Washington have a great opportunity to build photovoltaic (PV) projects at reduced or no cost, via the Pacific Power Blue Sky Grant. The grant can fund up to any amount for projects with a PV Capacity of less than 10 MW. This is a competitive grant, so projects that also receive funding from other sources, or projects that are cost-effective may be more likely to be awarded funding. There are many more details to consider with this grant, but we can make it easy for you! If this Friday, March 15th is too soon to complete your application, consider preparing for next year’s application period.

Here is an example non-profit that AES helped acquire a Pacific Power Blue Sky Grant, that funded almost 100% of the cost, the Devereaux Center in Coos Bay, see our project page here: https://aesrenew.com/project/nancy-devereux-center/
