Please join us for a ribbon cutting ceremony on Wednesday, October 26 at 1:30 at the Nancy Devereux Center in Coos Bay! The non-profit organization “…is an open-door center that helps people meet their basic needs…” Advanced Energy Systems helped the Center win a Pacific Power Blue Sky Grant, which is funded by Blue Sky customers voluntarily paying a little extra each month in their electric bill. The project also received an Energy Trust of Oregon solar grant. Between the two grants the solar energy system was 100% funded, and the value of the electricity savings will go directly to helping those in need of the Center’s services.
