Heinz Selig installed 17.368 KW of photovoltaic (PV) modules
1633 Willamette Street on a 88'x20' parking structure in the winter of 2007, producing a total of 19,600 KWHs per year. The solar electricity system is comprised of Sharp modules, stainless steel hardware, a Uni-Rac flush mount rack system, and a 15 KW DC/AC Inverter. Over the lifetime of this system it will save the equivalent energy of 53,000 gallons of gasoline, or 1500 trees.
