Sustainable Centennial solar Test Facility
The Sustainable Centennial Building houses the offices of Advanced Energy Systems (AES), The Good Company, SeQuential Biofuels and Community Energy Systems (CES). In the spring of 2008, Advanced Energy Systems installed a 31 KW photovoltaic system comprised of panels made by several manufacturers, including Sharp, Grape(Centron), Sanyo, Evergreen, SolarWorld, UniSolar and SunTech. The system provides us with a unique opportunity to test the efficiency and reliability of the manufacturers' products on site.
